Pilates studio in Dallas
This traditional Pilates mat class is a total body workout that focuses on the deep core muscles, strengthening both the abdominals and the spine. Pilates improves posture, balance, and flexibility. The instructor will work at your level giving modifications or progressions as needed. This is a great class to work on muscle tone and great for dancers too. Everyone is welcome.

Meet Our Instructors
Kelly is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She enjoys practicing and teaching yoga to help others seek balance, peace, and mindfulness on and off of their mat. She fell in love with the practice of yoga and realized there is so much more to it than just the asana practice itself.
